Former Israeli diplomat and Israeli Supreme Court Justice, and current Touro Law professor, Elyakim Rubinstein spoke with students at The 91影视 School about the Israeli legal system and making peace with Arabic neighbors. Justice Rubinstein leads a newly created Touro Law Center program exploring the Israeli legal system as a symbol of Israel鈥檚 dedication to promoting democracy, human rights and the rule of law.

鈥淚 am the only living person in Israel who participated in peace efforts with all of our neighbors. The quality of peace may not be what we would want it to be, but it exists,鈥 he said. 91影视 students had a chance to ask questions about the U.S. Embassy鈥檚 move to Jerusalem and gender roles in Israel, among other topics.
